Support
Speak to the people who built your machine.
Support starts by phone or remote connection, which often resolves the issue. Open machine architecture, standard industrial components and electronic spare parts in stock help keep downtime short.

How it works
Remote support first. On-site support when needed.
- 1Guided troubleshooting
After remote checks, you can often resolve simple issues in a few minutes with our guidance: for example, buying and replacing a control-cabinet fuse. No waiting for a technician or paying travel costs.
- 2Open machine architecture
No rebranded components: the CNC control, drives, vacuum pump and spindle are standard industrial products with available documentation and supply channels.
- 3Spare parts in stock
Electronic components are stocked in Sala Consilina, ready for dispatch.
- 4Engineered for durability
Components operate at no more than 70% of their rated load: less wear and less downtime.
- 5Guided support informed by previous cases
Technical support starts with a description of the issue and checks on the machine, including remote access where appropriate.
- 6Ongoing advice on materials
Frayed plastic edges? Tearing cardboard? We help you choose the tool, speed and workholding: every material needs the right approach, and we support you as your work changes.
Installation and training
Get started with an operator ready to work independently.
An Automa technician installs the machine at your premises, tests it on your material and trains the operator: 3–5 days, in Italian, using real jobs. Open CAD/CAM software and an Italian-language interface.

Material testing
Bring us a file, a material and a target result.
Contact us with your machining file and material details: together we will agree on testing arrangements and availability.
You will speak to someone at Automa. We discuss pricing after understanding your work, rather than sending a standard price by email.
