Everyday production

What you can produce in-house with TEKNO.

Aluminium and plastic machining supports moulds, dies, components and short production runs. These jobs are often outsourced to machining centres designed for volumes beyond those of an SME.

  • Large aluminium plates, held by vacuum, clamps or a combination; suitable thicknesses are checked against the machining requirements
  • Aluminium moulds and dies for ceramics and plastic or rubber moulding
  • Engineering-plastic components: sheets, bars, profiles and bushes in PET, POM-C and Teflon
  • Precision components and custom kits, including motorcycle parts
Minimum configuration

TEKNO + automatic tool change + tool cooling

Recommended options

Vacuum bed + SCV volumetric compensation

Materials: light alloys including aluminium, bronze and copper · light-duty work on ferrous alloys · plastics including PET, POM-C, Teflon and Delrin. Configurations are based on Automa's current range; the final selection is checked on your material.
