What you can produce in-house with VISIO Pro and PRIMA.
Sign makers use different materials every day: Dibond for folding, acrylic with polished edges, PVC for profiling. When routing is outsourced, every sign waits for a supplier and every last-minute change adds cost.
- Illuminated signs with Dibond box construction: consistent 90° V-grooving for folding, on sheets up to 3 × 2 m
- Built-up letters produced from sheet material with minimal waste, supported by bed flatness and vacuum hold-down
- 20 mm acrylic cut in a single pass, with matt, satin or polished edges
- Engraved clear-acrylic signs; volumetric compensation available on VISIO Pro depending on configuration
- 3D lettering in Forex, PVC, acrylic and wood for indoor and outdoor use
- Corten-effect Dibond signs with raised lettering

Automatic tool change for both machines. SCV volumetric compensation available on VISIO Pro.
