Exhibition projects have fixed deadlines and mixed materials: structural timber, acrylic, Dibond and cardboard. Multiple suppliers add to lead times; one machine gives you control.
- Exhibition structures in solid wood up to 50 mm thick: complex structures and lightweight finishing elements
- Mixed materials: patterned panels, wooden or acrylic counters, fittings and bamboo lighting
- With VISIO Pro and its cutting and creasing modules: cardboard displays, retail corners, seating, desks and recyclable display units
- Scenery featuring scale models and large PVC sheets
- Cladding: large Dibond and thin aluminium panels for facades
VISIO Pro or PRIMA + vacuum bed + vision system
Automatic tool change for both machines. On VISIO Pro: knife-cutting module and creasing / 45° cutting module.
Materials: acrylic and PVC · Dibond and sandwich panels · wood, MDF, bamboo, balsa and plywood · layered cardboard, Re-board and corrugated board. Configurations are based on Automa's current range; the final selection is checked on your material.
